Role description

Main responsibilities:

– Keeping the slovak financial accounting of the company in accordance with the legal regulations and internal rules of the company
– Support of the F&A Manager on other tasks in the area of Finance and Administration according to personally agreed annual goals
– Complete agenda of incoming invoices (records, accounts, agenda of related reserves and estimated items, check of payment proposals and orders, bank statements)
– Cash receipts
– Work with supplier and customer balances, including creation of credit contracts
– Communication with customers and monitoring their payment discipline, related internal communication
– Travel compensation agenda
– VAT agenda
– Taking care of statistical reports
– Cooperation in property accounting
– Execution of monthly and annual financial statements, statements, audit documentation and tax return
– Communication with the tax office
– Cooperation with the Financial Manager in other areas of Finance and Administration as needed


– Finished min. secondary education with a school-leaving examination of ideally economic direction
– Min. 1-2 years of accounting experience, knowledge of Slovak accounting is an advantage
– Fluent English level in both speaking and writing
– Accuracy, precision, diligence, independence, logical thinking in context, communicativeness, flexibility
– Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
