Role description

What the job involves:

• Calculating and accrual of wages, salaries and other wages in accordance with local regulations
• Payroll costs accounting and reporting
• Cost sheets review, time sheets review
• Generating payrolls and registers for bank payments
• Reporting to HR and budget performance assessment
• Participating in local audits and/or coordinating projects related to the company services and processes
• Handling other tasks, projects, ad hoc questions requested by the manager, within functional responsibility

What are we looking for:

• English and Russian language, minimum upper-indermediate level
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll accounting
• Knowledge of SAP HR, SAP R3, MS Excel
• Ability to solve complex financial issues, seeking input from outside the company
• Understanding of the local client, economic environment, market trends
• People oriented, good team member and reliable
• Good comunication skills
• Planning and time management skills, ability to reach deadlines
