Role description


– Timely schedule interviews, adequately engage and communicate with the candidates and with the customer, progress candidate through the entire process
– Coordinate and manage logistics of Recruiting events abroad, working in collaboration with the other team members to ensure smooth and successful execution
– Oversee respective invoicing and candidate reimbursement of the travel cost
– Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes
– Act as main point of contact for successful candidates after receiving an offer
– Communicate with candidates and answer their queries
– Coordinate pre-employment and on-boarding activities (contract creation, coordination with the system support team to ensure system accesses are created for the new hire, liaising with consulting firm when work permits and employee cards are needed for foreign nationals)
– Contract signing with new hires
– Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication
– Handle KPI reports preparation and analyses for Business Lines measuring recruitment activities
– Support Recruitment Advisors in their scope of work


– Excellent communication skills
– Fluent in English + other European language is a plus
– 2-3 years of experience in recruiting is a must
– Able to prioritize
– Customer focused and you’re passionate about customer needs
– Team player with an eye for detail and structure
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
