About the company

The client is a Sales company located in Ulm, which is outsourcing sales. They provide Sales services and Account management. On behalf of clients they speak, develop and manage existing or potential business customers. For this project it’s only existing business on behalf of the client that’s one of the world’s leading suppliers of capital equipment and services for packaging and label manufacturers.

Role description

Job desccription:
– Communicate via telephone (proactive outbound calling and managing inbound call) and e-mail with existing customers in the name of the client
– Contact with key customer decision-makers such as Managers, Directors, Owners
– Finding, developing and winning orders for our client’s services products: this means gathering and assessing new customer project information and requirements, establishing and expanding corresponding business relationships with the key relevant purchasing decision-making points and driving the end-to-end sales cycle
– Working closely with Regional Services Managers team members (who are based and working on the ground in Italy) to manage your customer territory and drive sales activity together as a team
– Use a CRM system to manage your work and sales activities

What we expect:
– Fluent Polish and Russian language
– Knowledge of Polish market
– Bachelor or Masters’ degree
– Sales Experience: 2 Years preferable
– Willing to relocate to Germany
– Job Start: 1 April

What we offer:
– Motivatinal Salary (90 % fixed and 10% variable)
– Probation Period: 6 months
– 2 Year Contract
– Job Location in Ulm, Germany
– Training & Development: Mentors will be assigned for continuous development (a detailed onboarding will be carried out for the 1st initial 2 weeks and consists of: Sales Methodology, CRM Training, Product Training, Communication)
