About the company

One of our clients is looking for a Technical Support Advisor for their modern office in the city center of Prague.

Role description


– You will be the first point of contact to our clients
– You will assist and guide customers throughout the solution with available technical resources
– Maximize customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques
– Identify and analyse customers’ issues
– Coordinator, you will follow the cases of support since the opening of the incident until its resolution and its closure
– Follow the technical case from the beginning to the resolution of the incident and inform the customers’
– Your discernment allows you to identify the functional and relevant improvements wished by the users
– You will work in collaboration with the Account Manager team


– Bachelor`s Degree
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service
– Knowledge in hotels, tourism or online distribution is a real bonus
– Strong computer skills
– Fluent English and Czech or Hungarian (Czech is an advantage)
– Flexibility, dynamism and adaptability
– Team spirit, ability to work well with others

45.000-65.000 czk per month
