About the company
Our client is a start-up automobile trading company, that operated across Europe. It selects only cars with a proof of origin and sells them all at great prices, providing a guarantee.
Role description
Main responsibilities:
– You will be at the launch of car sales through our website on the Polish market
– You will guide and support clients through the whole process of buying a car, i.e. from order to delivery
– You will register your contacts in CRM and thus pass on the requirements to your colleagues from the purchase department
– You will support customer over the phone and help them with their queries
– After sufficient work, it will be up to you to build and lead a business team in Poland, so travel abroad will be needed for a few days
Ideal candidate:
– Previous experience/knowledge on the automotive market. So if you are familiar with brands and car models
– You are responsible and can organize your work
– You near native/fluent in Polish with a good command in English language
– Knowledge of Czech is an advantage
– You have experience in customer service/call center
