Role description

We offer work from home, a 10-week training in Brno from Monday to Friday is a must (the employer pays for accommodation).

Job description:
– Customer service for Hebrew-speaking customers of the airline
– Flights orders, flights cancelations
– Providing information to passengers
– Help with requirements
– Managing customer accounts

Working hours:
– 8-hour shifts 7:30 – 16:00
– Sunday – Thursday
– Work also on public holidays
– No night shifts
– 40 hours per week

Requirements:
– Hebrew and English knowledge at least on level B2
– Excellent communication skills
– Willingness to help customers
– Flexibility
– Compulsory work permit in the EU
