About the company

The company is a prestigious Danish investment bank. You will be joining a global team whose focus is on quality control and ensuring proper client risk assessment and monitoring. Your main assignment will be to help us to ensure that we have the correct and up-to-date client information by checking the current documentation on our records, reaching out to the clients for further documentation and assess the correct client risk and register it in our systems. Furthermore, this team will also be participating in making sure that we have the appropriate data quality on the currently onboarded client.

Role description

RESPONSIBILITY

Managing relationship with platinum and VIP clients of the CEE region, providing methodological and technical support as well as cross selling and upselling solutions offered by the bank.

– Being the first point of contact for the clients in own book of business, providing active client centric service
– Regular contact with high value clients in the portfolio and developing and maintaining business relationships
– Committed to understanding the individual needs, trading/investment style of the clients in the portfolio
– Existing book of clients based in CEE region, with hunter instinct to finding and developing key new clients
– Focused on revenue generation, client sustainability and promoting of company products and platforms
– Active cross-sell and up-sell of different solutions and services as well as products
– Development and education of clients on company platforms, Asset classes, Analytical tools, Instruments etc.
– Marketing activities, organizing, and hosting live events for clients
– Organizing and hosting webinars for own book of clients
– Technical and Administrative support ensuring Excellent client experience
To grow, sustain and enhance the profitability of own book of client as well as supporting team members with servicing their clients in case of absence, travels or when extra support needed
The CEE Relationship Management reports to the Head of CEE region with a reporting line to the Global Head of Client Services, and Global Functional Head of RM.

MANDATE

– Responsible for growing revenue on existing and own book of clients through proactive personal impact
– Handle all non-trading related queries, including technical issues, operational queries, first point of contact for own book and supporting risk handling in coordination with Global Sales Trading team during extreme market situations
– Responsible for scoping target segment within the existing base of clients to upgrade clients with untapped potential, both inside and outside of the organization
– Identifying, promoting and executing upon sales initiatives, events, cross/up selling, new offerings & markets
– Collaboration with Sales trading and Digital Sales to put in place tailored client plans, including early engagement with new clients and long-term development plans for existing
– Contribution to the development of tools and practices to support the Relationship Management desk
– Hosting and contribution to webinars and other client events
– Ensure all records of client conversations, details and development plans are maintained accurately within the Customer Management (CRM) system
– Proactive off-boarding of clients that do not meet the company`s risk appetite
– Deep knowledge of company capabilities, regulatory backdrop and client’s competitive landscape

BUSINESS KPI’s

– Revenue growth on book over firm budget
– Proactive identification, on-boarding or upgrading, then development of clients with significant earnings potential
– Cross sell company capabilities with depth of product, platform and solution knowledge
– Proactive engagement of Sales Traders and specialists within the Sales & Markets organizations
– Development of client relationship with loyalty and referral potential in mind
– Positive feedback from Clients and Markets, Strategy, Relationship Managers and Sales

REQUIREMENTS:

– Very good knowledge of financial markets with focus on derivatives
– Good knowledge of global macroeconomics, technical analysis, corporate financial analysis
– Experience in relationship management or sales – min 3 years
– Experience in financial markets, preferably trading, brokerage or private banking – min 3 years
– Passionate, results driven team player achieving targets in strict deadlines
– Excellent relationship building and conflict handling skills
– High tolerance to stressful situation and ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining positive attitude
– Fluent Czech (or Slovak) and English, additional CEE language could be an advantage
– Master`s Degree in Finance / Economics
