We are an established but fast growing Czech family company. We design and manufacture over 5000 toys and home & garden products from plastics. Our brands such as Gizmo Riders, Armstrong, Gardenico or Flower Lover are well known in more than 80 countries. Several of our products received Red Dot Design and Heureka Product of the Year awards. We were also featured in Forbes Top 100 Czech Family Companies.
To our office in Prague, we are looking for a Sales and Account Manager to translate the high demand for our products to actual sales orders. You will be the main point of contact for our customers: buyers, category and product managers from small or even big retail companies like Bauhaus, Intersport, Toys R Us or Walmart who are dying to buy our products!
What you will do:
• Work directly with our head of sales & marketing to realize the potential of current and new B2B customers.
• Be assigned a portfolio of established customers and prospects and work towards assigned pipeline goals while prioritizing business opportunities.
• Listen to customers, analyze their needs to help them choose, distribute and sell our products. Customers are our partners, and our goal is to help them succeed in their global markets.
• Cooperate closely with the product & innovation team, the manufacturing team and the customer service team to offer the best product portfolio and trade marketing support.
• Use the best in class CRM system SalesForce to track your progress and assign tasks to the team. Sales Force helps you to minimize boring admin work so that you can focus on what you do best – communication with customers!
• Few times a year we exhibit at awesome toy, sport, and garden decoration shows around the world – this will be a great opportunity to meet your customers in person!
What we need:
• A proactive entrepreneurial spirit. You are goal-oriented, self-motivated and confident individual with a passion to learn and develop.
• We have many prospects and growing demand. You need to prioritise qualified leads, consult on best product porfolio and close the sale – that’s every salesman’s dream!
• Demand for our products is growing and to supply that demand you need to plan the demand well, prioritize products and customers’ needs. Coordinate with production and logistics so that we supply our customers better, more and at the right time.
• You know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and generally Office 365 pretty well!
• You have great communication skills and can negotiate fluently in English, German and Czech language (B2 minimum). Any other additional language (IT, FR, RUS, ESP) is a great advantage!
• A team player but also confident to work independently once you learn the basics from us.
• Minimum 3 years experience in account management, sales or business development in retail/FMCG/CG or seasonal goods is required!
