Role description
What will be your main duties:
– Performing duties according to schedule and deadlines
– General Ledger accounting
– Ensuring that accounting manuals and other documentation is kept up to date, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner
– Providing statutory accounting and local financial statements
– Monitoring of local accounting legislation’s changes
– Communication and support to clients regarding a tax issue
– Coordinating local processes as local statistics, reporting, and others
– Cooperating and providing information to stakeholders if applicable
– Various ad-hoc questions, tasks, and projects within the functional responsibility of LAFE requested by the manager
– Providing training to newcomers or other employees
What do we expect from you:
– Good overview of Finnish GAAP
– Min. 3 years of relevant experience
– Experience with SAP
– Proficiency level of Finnish and English language
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
– Experience from a multinational company is an advantage
– Analytical thinking
– Flexible, independent, and communicative person
