As a Service Desk Analyst at the company`s Service Support Center in Prague you will handle emails from employees working at larger companies. You will create users, assign accesses, troubleshoot issues related to user administration and you will have outgoing and incoming calls with customers end-user. Your ambition will be to get the problem solved within the first contact. The support is provided in Danish & English.
As part of the company`s Service Support Center your analytical skills will be highly valued since we tend to be confronted with complex customer issues. Qualifications and experiences
As a member of an IT support and User Administration team you have or are willing to have a good understanding of the IT environment and troubleshooting. We do not expect you to have any previous experience in supporting IT, as we will train you on the job.
Being focused on quality and results you are constantly pursuing and achieving personal and work-related goals. You have excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with customers in a professional manner. Besides good time management and prioritization skills you multitask effectively, have a high energy level and a drive for support.
You will improve your communication and analytical skills, which will be needed since you will be sometimes solving quite complex problems with different types of customers. Speaking and writing skills in English and Danish are essential at a minimum of B2 level.
